2018 White Note Grüner Veltliner
$25.002018 “White Note” Grüner Veltliner is the encore that we had to have.
Vinified in part with wild yeast and second-hand French oak, the wine is pale gold in colour with a green hue and shows lifted perfume and sweet tropical fruits on the nose with a dusting of white pepper.
Lemon meringue in a glass, infused with passion fruit and grapefruit then sprinkled with lemon zest.
