The 2019 is vinified in part with wild yeast and second-hand French oak, it is pale yellow in colour with passion fruit on the nose. Grapefruit, pineapple and peach on the palate finishing with a creamy/oily texture.

For the first foray with this Rhone style blend we chose the brilliant 2018 vintage and are very pleased with the outcome! The wine is garnet red in colour with spice and raspberries on the nose that follow through on the palate. Vinified in part with wild yeast and second-hand French oak, the wine is pale gold in colour with a green hue and shows lifted perfume and sweet tropical fruits on the nose with a dusting of white pepper.
Lemon meringue in a glass, infused with passion fruit and grapefruit then sprinkled with lemon zest.
